The service of the Club de Migdia proposes, in addition to the canteen service, the realization of activities with the students every school day between 13 and 15 h.<\/p>\n

Club de Migdia<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. The service must be registered before the start of the classes, which is done exclusively through the corresponding form available on the school’s website. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  2. During the course, registrations and cancellations must be communicated before the 25th of the previous month. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  3. The price of the service is charged together with the school receipt for the month. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  4. Each month the amount corresponding to the previous month is presented for collection, except for the month of September, which is invoiced for 15 days. <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>\n
  5. Outings or excursions: regular students will receive a bag with the picnic. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  6. The absences of the fixed students (including the days of departures and excursions) do not give right to recover the amount of the Club of Noon since the School makes the school menu available in takeaway format. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  7. In case of long-term absence due to illness, the payment of the amount for the month can be requested (calculated at a fixed user price) and settle days attended at sporadic user price. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  8. Except in cases of force majeure and \/ or urgency, students will not be admitted to the canteen service on sporadic days without the corresponding canteen voucher previously delivered to the Secretariat. In these cases, the amount of the service must be paid on the same day. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  9. Service availability on school days prior to school holidays (Christmas, Easter and Summer) is limited. The school will give prior notice of the number of places available for sporadic users. <\/span> <\/li>\n
  10. During the service, the rules of coexistence of the center apply, with the corresponding disciplinary regime. <\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In order to use this service, families must purchase dining tickets in advance through the Virtual Secretariat. At the end of the course you can request a refund of the amount corresponding to the tickets not consumed.<\/p>\n

    Kindergarten students using the service must purchase the special dining gown at the regular school uniform distributor. E3 students must also bring a sheet for a nap.<\/p>\n

    Aid can be obtained from the Administration to cover the cost of the school canteen. The centre’s secretary’s office will indicate the application deadlines as well as the documentation that must be provided.<\/p>\n
