Our reason for being
The Túrbula Educational Centre is a school founded in 1960 by Mr. Rafael García Villanueva in a small building on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes in Sant Adrià de Besòs. Driven by a passion for education and a commitment to actively contributing to the development of future generations, the school has remained true to its founding values.
Over the years, thousands of students have passed through our classrooms and today contribute to society in a wide variety of professions and roles. Many of our current students are the children of former students, and several members of our staff are also proud alumni of the school.
In the 1999–2000 academic year, we inaugurated our new campus on Carretera de Mataró. Equipped with modern facilities and resources that are continually updated, the new building has enabled the school to grow and strengthen its position as a leading educational institution in Sant Adrià de Besòs.
More than sixty years later, we continue to work with the same dedication and enthusiasm, fully aware of the challenges of today while looking confidently toward the future. We believe that every child is unique and deserves to be nurtured, supported, and guided throughout their educational journey.
